• Exclusive use of the entire Cedcar Hall property for eight hours on your wedding day (four hours before ceremony, four hours once ceremony begins)

• Elegant Bridal Suite with full bathroom and access to the balcony.

• Free use of Heartwood Hall and Cedar Hall for your engagement photos or bridal portraits (by appointment only)

• Cake cutting service which includes a decorative serving set and choice of elegant cake stand

of your event, ensure the comfort of your guests and manage the clean up after your event.

Food and Beverage

 

• All catering is in-house, providing you and your wedding party with delicious, fresh culinary creations. No outside catering is allowed.

• A $42.50 per person catering minimum will be used toward your cocktail hour and reception menu. Please see menu for further information.

• Bar is priced separately. All alcohol served during the ceremony and reception must be provided by Cedar Hall.

• A 20% service fee will be added to your catering total and paid with your final bill.

• Full banquet and bar staff is provided to ensure a most hospitable reception

• Complimentary toasting service including a bottle of champagne, a classic ice bucket, and delicate toasting flutes for the bride and groom

• Catering includes your glass plates, silverware, water goblets, chargers, linen napkins, and barware

• Choice of an elegant buffet presentation, stations, or plated dinner (upgrade)

• Complimentary hand-lettered bar menu and buffet signs

• Exclusive two-hour menu consultation meeting with our award-winning staff
