Evergrove Estates is an all-inclusive set of wedding venues with two unique locations in the Memphis, Tennessee area. Our two wedding venues – Heartwood Hall in Rossville and Cedar Hall in Bartlett – offer pristine backdrops for intimate, elegant weddings that you'll cherish for the rest of your life.
Our all-inclusive package includes exclusive access to the entire property for 8 hours on your wedding day, as well as day-of-event coordination services to ensure your day is exactly what you planned. We also offer the use of our tables and chairs, linens, plateware, chargers, silverware, goblets, barware, and so much more. Select centerpieces and barn decorations can be used to add the perfect accent to your decor.
As for catering, our in-house caterer, Sweet Magnolia Catering, has a delicious menu and a multitude of options to choose from whether you want classic Southern Fried Chicken or upscale Lemon and Herb Salmon. We also allow time for our couples to sit down with the venue coordinator and design their own menu ensuring that each wedding we host is uniquely tailored to the couple. Evergrove Estates is truly an all-inclusive wedding venue, and we strive to make your wedding day one in a million.
We have two beautiful indoor-outdoor antebellum estate venues available for use; Heartwood Hall and Cedar Hall.
Heartwood Hall is located in Rossville, Tennessee, and is surrounded by 25 acres of beautiful landscape. It comprises the formal Four Seasons Garden, the serene Courtyard, and an awe-inspiring Barn. As you drive up the long, winding driveway that leads to this 1840s property, you will feel the charm of a classic Southern wedding with all the modern wedding amenities. This antebellum estate can host up to 350 of your family and friends and is equipped with both Bride’s and Groom’s quarters.
Cedar Hall, in Bartlett, Tennessee, was built in 1846 and drips with antebellum southern charm. This indoor-outdoor venue can host up to 250 of your family and friends and includes both a charming bridal suite and a comfortable gentleman’s loft. The grounds are home to the Formal Garden, English Garden, and Grand Manor Home. Lavender crepe myrtles and yellow roses envelop the Formal Garden for a picture-perfect setting for your wedding, and the Grand Manor Home features a beautiful spiral staircase and glittering chandeliers.
A highlight of Cedar Hall is the bed & breakfast you can find on the grounds. This grand townhome was built in 1846 and is the oldest still standing in Bartlett. Each room is priced at $200 a night, with the Bridal Suite room at $250, and includes a delicious breakfast in our formal dining room. The Rainey Room, also known as the Bridal Suite, has an intimate front porch and the stunning bridal gown of Jeanette Rainey, one of Cedar Hall’s previous owners, on display.
Wanting to spend the days before your wedding enjoying the property and your loved ones? Cedar Hall is also home to the Ivy Tea Room, a quaint lunch spot that serves lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Grab your bridesmaids and indulge in a delectable meal.
Sweet Magnolia Catering is the in-house caterer for Evergrove Estates. Whether you are looking for an elegant plated dinner or flexible dining stations at your wedding, Sweet Magnolia will work with you to craft the perfect menu. We also offer a few bar options to best suit your guests, including an open bar and cash bar options. It is important to note, however, that outside food and beverages are not allowed at either Heartwood Hall or Cedar Hall. All catering and bar menus must go through Evergrove Estates.
Although photography is not included in our All-Inclusive Wedding Package, we’d love to help our couples choose the right one for them. There are so many wedding and event photographers in Memphis that we have had the pleasure of working with over the years, and they’ve all captured the beauty, magic, and special moments of our couple’s wedding day.
We cannot possibly recommend just one, but we can encourage you to consider those that have graciously shared the photos they’ve captured at our estate with us.

Catering requires a minimum of $35 per person, including both cocktail hour and the reception catering. Bar packages are sold separately. A service fee of 20% will be added to your final bill as well as tax.
